• Describe your tattoo idea in detail and include the placement you would like.
• Send reference images that capture the mood, subject, or details you want. These help Jeremy design something unique and well-balanced.
• Include a clear photo of the area to be tattooed.
• We don't use or copy other artists' tattoos as reference images.
• We'll confirm that the project is a good fit for Jeremy before discussing dates or deposits.
• The final design is created on the day of your appointment, with your input during the process. Expect about 1 hour for discussion and sketching at the start of your session; that time is included in your booking.

Payment is due at the end of each session. Cash or card accepted; card payments have a 3% fee.

Deposits are non-refundable. You can reschedule once with at least 3 days' notice without losing your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule with less than seven days' notice, a new deposit will be required to re-book.

• Sessions start at the agreed time.
• Avoid alcohol for at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Get good rest, eat beforehand, and stay hydrated.
• Shave the area to be tattooed before coming in (carefully).
• Wear comfortable, accessible clothing: tank top for arms, shorts for legs, etc.
• If you're running late, call or email the studio. Arriving 30 minutes late without notice may result in a canceled session and loss of deposit.
• If you don't show up, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may not be accepted.

By paying your deposit, you agree to the entire policy above and acknowledge that the deposit cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
